Today, the City of Chicago Department of Business Affairs and Consumer Protection (BACP) and Office of Emergency Management and Communication (OEMC) introduced an emergency alert program specifically for Chicago’s businesses called CHIBIZ Alerts.
Local business owners and managers should text “CHIBIZ” to 67283 or visit the CHIBIZ Alerts link above to opt-in.
YOUTH DEVELOPMENT
APCC's Youth Development department offers year-round programming for youth and adolescents between the ages of 5 and 13. We provide affordable and high quality after school care, enrichment camps and neighborhood youth mentorship services. Through these programs, we aim to support the physical, social-emotional, academic and professional advancement of children and adolescents we serve in our community.
AFTERSCHOOL PROGRAM
SCHOOL AGE | 5 - 12
APCC's After School program provides school aged youth (K-12) with high quality care, a safe environment and structured out-of-school time activities that promote learning, respect for others and positive attitudes. Youth receive homework help, healthy and well-balanced snacks and access to choice-based S.T.E.A.M. clubs like chess, robotics, theater and more!
Our program runs year-round and provides a full day of care during CPS holidays and breaks. We offer affordable options and income based pricing for all.

In an effort to support working families in and around Albany Park, APCC will offer full-day childcare for school aged youth (Ages 5-12) at our Kimball location beginning September 8th, 2020. Enrolled youth will benefit from eLearning support, homework help, healthy meals & snacks, scheduled breaks & recess, afterschool enrichment (3:00pm -6:00pm)

Childcare Assistance Program (CCAP) - Income Based
Private Pay Daily Rate - $45
Private Pay Weekly Rate - $225

YOUTH CAMPS

CPS Holidays & Breaks
8:30am - 6:00pm
APCC provides robust camps for youth during CPS' fall, winter, spring and summer breaks. Enrolled youth will enjoy a variety of classroom based S.T.E.A.M. activities, outdoor recreation and field trips. Our camps promote social-emotional, cognitive and physical development through experiential learning and enrichment. Healthy breakfast, lunch and snack options are included in the cost of camp to ensure youth are receiving proper nutrition outside of their home and school environments.
Families interested in enrolling may qualify for income based or fee for service pricing
ENROLLMENT INFORMATION
We provide affordable pricing options for all families based on household income. Families interested in enrolling their child in one of our childcare programs may qualify for placement in our Headstart, Early Headstart, Preschool for All (PFA) or Child Care Assistance Program (CCAP). For those who do not qualify we offer private pay tuition rates.
