Albany Park Community Center offers excellent preschool programs with credentialed teachers in a multicultural environment. Our programs are NAEYC Accredited and have achieved the Gold level in the ExceleRate Illinois program. We provide safe environments that promote creativity and independence through dramatic and explorative play, and social-emotional learning. Families may qualify for placement in a Head Start, Preschool for All or the Child Care Assistance Program.  Private pay is also accepted. Each Center has different program options and requirements.

 

Nutritious meals and snacks are provided for the children. APCC participates in the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP), which provides federal funds to help cover the costs.

Head Start is a free program for qualifying families.

 

Income eligibility requirements must be met to qualify for the Head Start and Child Care Assistant Program (CCAP). Private tuition is accepted when space is available. For details regarding eligibility requirements please call a center above.
